For instance, in 1968 and then again in 1969, ALL-CON engineered, built and installed the first two semi-automated systems in the world to blend PVC for manufacturing tennis shoe bottoms. Our system consisted of a few minor devices, a few micro devices, and one major device; weighed, conveyed, and blended PVC powders, titanium dioxide, white pigment and color concentrate; and brought automation to a process that everyone thought had to be done by hand.

Again, in 1990, ALL-CON engineered, built and installed a sophisticated automated ingredient system to blend baking ingredients such as flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda for Pillsbury biscuits and cookies. Six other material handling companies, some of which were the largest in the world, said it couldn’t be done with the current technology. But, ALL-CON did it!
