9:00 AM: CELEBRATION: Bracelets and Little Brekkie Social (1 hour)

Rated: Everyone

Room: ELSEWHERE

Produced By: Celebration and Dance Party

An informal meetup for those early risers who want a little (or a lotta) latte or noms before the games begin in the ERAS ballroom. There's several areas to sit with caffeine and protein (bars), or you can reserve a space in the hotel restaurant for hot Brekkie, should you desire it. This is also a time for check in for day #2! You're sure to find your fellow compatriots in the Lobby of the hotel, by front desk. Take this time to make friends and exchange those bracelets before the official games begin, because as soon as the ERAS room opens, the Catwalk is LIVE.

This is a separately ticketed event. ALL-CON attendees may attend this session as a courtesy at no additonal cost until capacity is reached. CELEBRATION badge holders have priority for entry and any materials for the event.

10:00 AM: Miniature Golf (30 mins.)

Rated: Everyone

Room: LANTANA III (Breezeway)

Hole-in-One Miniature Golf, every day at ALL-CON.

When researching indoor golf courses, we learned about two different philosophies: ''Pro Putter'' (complexity of layout) and ''Obstacle'' (complexity of ornamentation). We designed a hybrid with a little bit of each.

Each of the ten-plus holes is built on a sixteen foot long green, some with an additional eight foot dogleg which just means they aren't just a single straight green.

In addition to the miniature golf course there also is a ''Pool Golf'' game. It's the same rules as shooting pool but with putters and golf balls. Three ball in the corner pocket!

What better way to practice social distancing with your friends than to spread out on our indoor mini golf course, located right in the spacious new convention space at the Hilton Lincoln Centre! You don't even have to leave the convention. Catch a round or two in between panels or to relax before the Cosplay competition.

Putters and balls will be disinfected in between players.

Try it out! Miniature Golf is now one of our new feature events. It's just one more way we continue to make ALL-CON ''Your Favorite Con.''

11:00 AM: CELEBRATION: In My Best Dress, Fearless (1 hour)

Rated: Everyone

Room: LAKESIDE BALLROOM (Lake Level)

Produced By: Celebration and Dance Party

Each ERAs group will design and construct a perfect look for our favorite rockstar, complete with creating and coloring up a backstage ''set'' for their Era. Once you've prepped your finest, presentations will be made and judges will decide the best dressed winner. Fabric scrap materials, partial outfits, and crafty things will be made available to each ERAS team, but just to make it more fun and a little wild: If you really want to wow the judges and dominate this contest, you are allowed to bring ONE singular gallon sized baggie full of craft scraps (glue dots, material, sequins, lace, strands of pearls, whatever you think Blondie would look good in for that ERA... etc.). You may also share what you brought with other ERAS teams. Please note, we cannot allow hot glue guns or anything that plugs in, because we already have enough fire in our blood, we don't want fire on the tables or carpet. Again: each attendee is limited to one baggie, otherwise we'll be up to our ears in fabric.

This is a separately ticketed event. ALL-CON attendees may attend this session as a courtesy at no additonal cost until capacity is reached. CELEBRATION badge holders have priority for entry and any materials for the event.

• Have you been called ''trigger happy''? Is Rocket Raccoon your spirit animal? Take the Weapons station!

• Do you want to be the first to discover everything about the enemy? Then Science is the only logical choice.

• Do you like to negotiate? Do you like to insult? (Are you the Senate?) Take up Communications!

• Are you good with resource management? Are you givin' it all she's got, Captain? Report to Engineering!

• And finally, every good ship needs a captain. A good starship captain (or pirate captain) will guide his or her brave crew in the face of overwhelming odds! (gamemaster will set game difficulty to ''Only Slightly Overwhelming'')

Noon: Raise Your Shield for Captain AmeriDad - A Celebration of the Life and times of Daniel Calhoun (45 mins.)

Rated: Everyone

Room: AMETHYST (Lobby)

Produced By: Half-Ass Productions

The Texas convention, cosplay, and fandom communities lost one of their brightest stars in 2024, Daniel ''Captain AmeriDad'' Calhoun. DeNae Cortez and Chris Clinton invite DFW area friends and fans of Daniel to join them, along with Games and Theory's JediCole, in a memorial and social gathering in his honor.

Participants are encouraged, but not required, to show up in your costume variation of Captain America! There will be a group photo before the close of the event.

What began at Lubbock-Con 2024 continues at ALL-CON this year with a special event to celebrate one of the great ambassadors of the Texas convention scene. This event is part memorial, part social opportunity. Hosts DeNae and Chris will share their memories and invite others in the audience to do likewise. Given the time limitations, speakers are asked to be brief. Like the costume element, this is by no means a requirement if you simply want to enjoy the company of those who love conventions, just like Daniel did for so many years!

Was Captain AmeriDad the highlight of your convention experience over the years? Did he engage you, entertain you, inspire you? Come and share in some special time with those whose lives Daniel touched in his tireless love of conventions and fans.

No convention badge is required to attend this one hour memorial / celebration of Daniel. All friends are welcome to attend and participate.

1:00 PM: CELEBRATION: X Marks the Spot (1 hour)

Rated: Everyone

Room: ELSEWHERE

Produced By: Celebration and Dance Party

3 events, one place, one hour! X1: ERAS PHOTOS: Each ERA is going to have a few minutes to shine in a group photo session in the Lobby, where we have room to stretch out, be silly, and be SEEN! X2: PUNCH CARD: While waiting for your ERA group photo, fill up your ERAS card with sigs from peeps from all the other Eras, and use this as another chance to swap those bracelets. X3: SWAP MEET: If you have any special merch or swag that you're interested in swapping, now is the time to bring it down and get to work! We ALL know how difficult it can be to get that ONE version of that CD or Vinyl that we are after…or you were looking for the gold bracelet, not the silver one…or maybe your #cardigan is just a little off on sizing (whose isn't, honestly). See if you have any luck onsite swapping with your fellow compatriots. They may also know someone who has just what you're looking for, or introduce you to some good sites or groups, too! There will be no explanation, just collaboration.

This is a separately ticketed event. ALL-CON attendees may attend this session as a courtesy at no additonal cost until capacity is reached. CELEBRATION badge holders have priority for entry and any materials for the event.

1:00 PM: Miniature Golf (30 mins.)

Rated: Everyone

Room: LONGHORN (Lincoln, Lower)

Produced By: Meow About Cosplay and Crafts

Do you have what it takes to defend the sector from hostile enemy fleets? Then join the crew of the USS Artemis!

This is a Star Trek style game where a team of six take control of the stations of a starship bridge. Even if you've never seen an episode of Star Trek, you'll have a great time playing!

Six players (5 stations plus a captain) work together, interacting in real time in the same room, to accomplish a team mission. Team work and good communication mean the difference between saving the galaxy or accidentally flying into a black hole. Yes, this has happened.

• Are you a good pilot? Did you make the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs? Helm is for you.

Come join us and boldly go where no one has gone before!

You will see familiar scenes and faces from the film, and will more than likely find a few hidden miniature treasures as you journey through the passages.

We will all dance together As The World Falls Down with all its glitter and glass filled glory. Labyrinth costuming, masquerade, and ballroom attire strongly encouraged.

10:00 PM: Miniature Golf (30 mins.)

11:00 PM: Screen Time: Rated R (45 mins.)

Rated: Mature

Room: LANTANA I (Breezeway)

Produced By: ALL-CON Games and Theory; Half-Ass Productions

Screen Time is one of the most popular game shows at ALL-CON. But it can be a bit reserved in keeping with the family atmosphere of the convention. But late at night...that's a different story! Host JediCole reveals that he does in fact know all the ''swear words'' when Screen Time lets loose with the ''Rated R'' version. Expect lots of movie trivia, fun starring role movie games, and all the drolly read movie quotes you love with Screen Time, only with a large volume of cussing found in favorite movies that are assuredly not appropriate for children. Audience members must be 18 years of age or older to attend or be contestants in this edition of the show. ** As with all game shows, get there early to get in on the potential contestant pool. Some game shows have a pre-show qualifying quiz and contestants are chosen at random from the contestant pool.

Midnight: Midnight Loot Extravaganza (15 mins.)

Rated: Everyone

Room: ELSEWHERE

Each night at midnight ALL-CON volunteers gather at the upper balcony and prepare to rain loot down upon the attendees below.

The pre-drop includes a moment of silence to mark the loss of the pinata frenzy event which ran in the timeslot from 2006 through 2017. Twelve years was a good run for any single event at ALL-CON.

The first ''drop'' is of Mardi Gras-style bead necklaces. This serves two purposes: They are easier to throw, which allows the volunteers to perfect their aim and style, and the necklaces weigh down the receiver, making it a little more of a challenge for the next two drops.

The second ''drop'' is of stuffed animals. This drop has animals of various sizes (3''-5'') thrown from above with a soft bouncy impact, making them more difficult to catch and allowing them to be thrown harder without fear of injuring the recipient.

The third ''drop'' is the most challenging for both the volunteer and the receiver. It involves 600 balloons being individually dropped, each with one to three prize items inside. The receiver must decide whether to hold the balloon (inflated) in order to continue trying to catch more, or take the time to pop it and retrieve the prize(s) in order to be less encumbered to catch more balloons. Volunteers have to try to throw a wobbly, light, prize-laden balloon accurately enough to possibly hit someone with it below them.
